Design experiential moments where the future becomes tangible.

Where Strategy Becomes Lived Experience & Designed Future

Through my Public Narrative & Experience Architecture™ advisory, we move from understanding the deepest forces shaping an institution or venture — strategy and identity, capital campaigns, cultural renewal, memory and place, strategic transitions, and global expansion — to designing the moments, environments, and experiences that bring that future to life.

Strategic Narrative & Experience Architecture

About Marie Fe

Marie Fe del Rosario is a strategic narrative advisor and experience designer-architect working at the intersection of institutional identity, public meaning, and lived experience.

Her practice supports universities, cultural institutions, and mission-driven organizations as they navigate moments of transition—capital campaigns, global expansion, reputational shifts, and long-term renewal.

Drawing on a background in award-winning design for fundraising campaigns at multi-billion-dollar-level scale, institutional strategy, and experiential translation, she guides leadership teams in shaping narratives that are not only articulated, but embodied across spaces, communications, and public encounters.

Her work often continues in long-arc creative stewardship, supporting coherence between vision, decision-making, and public presence over time.

She is the originator of the Public Narrative & Experience Architecture Framework™, an approach that integrates narrative definition, strategic alignment, and experiential expression into a single continuum of institutional meaning.

She studied communication, media and politics, and holds a Master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, with advanced postgraduate study in Strategic Place Branding — a cross-disciplinary foundation that informs her systems-level approach to institutional narrative, collective visioning, and public-facing transformation. Across her work, visual excellence is never an end in itself; it functions in service of clarity, coherence, and strategic intent.

Alongside her institutional advisory practice, Marie Fe is the founder of Élan by Turquoise & Blue, an atelier for transformational retreats and creative leadership experiences. Élan operates as a living laboratory for her philosophy of work: that narrative must be embodied, experience must be felt, and transformation unfolds through carefully choreographed environments, not abstraction alone.

She is frequently sought out for her ability to bridge creative and strategic domains, and design experiences that carry both aesthetic depth and institutional rigour.

Narrative with Consequence
High-Stakes, Public-Facing Work

Environments shaped by scrutiny, complexity, and decisions that carry enduring public impact.

Campaigns, initiatives, and institutional moments where clarity, conviction, and coherence shape long-term direction.

Designing the Conditions for Belief

Through Public Narrative & Experience Architecture™, we move from the strategic foundations of an institution or venture — identity, capital campaigns, cultural renewal, memory and place, strategic transitions, and global expansion — to the experiences that make those futures tangible and shared.

My work spans the full arc of transformation — from clarifying the strategic narrative at the heart of an institution or venture to designing the experiences that allow people to see, feel, and believe in that future.

Depth of Practice, Breadth of Application

Marie Fe’s work spans higher education, cultural institutions, public initiatives, and mission-driven organizations across sectors.

Across contexts, a consistent thread emerges: the need to align narrative intent, strategic decision-making, and lived public experience.

Her practice operates not as a collection of disciplines, but as a systemic approach to institutional meaning-making—bridging leadership vision, cultural expression, and long-term public presence.

Fields of Engagement:
Where I’m Most Often Invited

Engagements often begin at moments of institutional inflection
when direction is uncertain, stakes are high, and narrative clarity becomes essential to responsible action.

The work is most often centered on:
Institutional Strategy & Identity
Capital Campaigns & Philanthropic Narrative
Cultural Renewal, Memory & Place
Strategic Transitions & Global Expansion

Capital Campaigns and Philanthropic Moments

Shaping narrative, strategic alignment, and experiential coherence for institutions entering periods of donor visibility, leadership signaling, and long-term reputational consequence. Selective creative stewardship and execution.

Institutional Strategy and Identity

Clarifying institutional direction, values, and narrative coherence at moments when leadership must decide who the institution is becoming—and how that identity is carried publicly and operationally.

Strategic Transitions and Global Expansion

Advising leadership through moments of growth, controversy, transition, or transformation—aligning internal intent with public perception before visibility accelerates.

Cultural Renewal, Memory and Place

Moments of cultural renewal where public meaning, collective identity, and institutional credibility are shaped and carried forward—often under global attention and cultural complexity.

Many engagements remain in active stewardship and are shared selectively to honour institutional trust and confidentiality.

Public Narrative & Experience Architecture Framework™

The Public Narrative & Experience Architecture Framework™ is the intellectual foundation of Marie Fe’s advisory practice.

It understands institutional transformation as a continuum:

Narrative → Strategy → Experience → Stewardship

Rather than treating communications, planning, and design as separate domains, the framework integrates them into a coherent architecture of public meaning— one capable of guiding institutions through complexity, visibility, and time.

This approach is reflected across her work in:

  • narrative definition at leadership level

  • strategic alignment across stakeholders

  • experiential translation into space, ritual, and public encounter

  • long-term stewardship of institutional coherence

ÉLAN by Turquoise & Blue

Alongside her institutional advisory work, Marie Fe leads ÉLAN by Turquoise & Blue—a parallel creative practice exploring embodied experience, movement, and transformation through retreats, cultural encounters, and artistic collaboration.

While distinct in form, this work shares a common inquiry: how experience shapes identity, perception, and possibility.
