About Marie Fe
Marie Fe del Rosario is a creative strategist and experience designer whose practice has been shaped by nearly two decades working inside complex institutions.
Her work has accompanied consequential ideas as they move toward public expression—from capital campaigns, transformational philanthropy and donor recognition to new facilities, research and innovation, signature gatherings and launches.
She began her career unmistakably as a designer. Over time, the questions moved upstream: not only What should this look like? but What are we trying to make possible? What should this mean? What should people understand, feel or do differently because of it?
That evolution shaped a practice spanning strategy, narrative and experience—working across the decisions, relationships, creative expressions and moments through which an organization makes an ambitious future tangible.
Marie Fe has worked across communications, campaigns, environments, gatherings, recognition, interactive multimedia and digital expressions. Increasingly, her work focuses on what it takes for ambitious ideas to remain coherent as they travel from organizational imagination to lived expression—through the decisions, relationships, journeys, and creative expressions that shape what people ultimately encounter.
She uses design not only to give form to decisions already made, but as a way to map what is difficult to see, make emerging ideas tangible, prototype possibilities and help teams think together about futures that do not yet exist.
Today, that practice comes together in At Threshold, a creative strategy and experience practice for organizations approaching consequential moments.

Marie Fe's advanced, interdisciplinary studies span communication & media, culture & politics, innovation & entrepreneurship, strategic branding, design thinking, creativity & innovation—reflecting a longstanding interest in how design can contribute to organizational strategy and change.
She is increasingly interested in design as a way of thinking about strategy, organizations, change, narrative, experience and human behaviour.
Alongside her institutional practice, Marie Fe is the founder of Élan by Turquoise & Blue, an atelier for transformational retreats and creative leadership experiences. It reflects a parallel interest in how environment, ritual and experience can shape moments of transition.
She is frequently sought out for her ability to bridge creative and strategic domains, and design experiences that carry both aesthetic depth and institutional rigour.
